We are looking for hard-working, reliable, honest, and compassionate people to join our team as Personal Care Attendants.

Hiring preferences to those with open availability and those able to work overnight and weekends

We have flexible shifts. Our shifts vary depending on our clients’ needs but range from 3 to 8-hour shifts. CNA is preferred but not required

Base Compensation Depending on Experience PLUS:
  • Base Hourly Rate varies depending on experience
  • Bi-weekly Quality Performance Bonus
  • Weekend differential pay
  • Overnight differential pay
  • Distance premium, for driving longer distances
  • Short-Notice pick up Bonus
  • Gas Appreciation Bonus
  • Client and Caregiver Referral Bonuses
Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Providing assistance to clients with their Activities of Daily Living
  • Medication reminders
  • Assistance with ambulation, transfers, safe use of equipment and assistive devices
  • Meal planning, preparation, and assistance with feeding
  • Shopping, errands, and transportation
  • Laundry and light housekeeping
  • Taking and recording vital signs (after training by owner/RN)
What You Need:
  • Ability to work flexible hours.
  • A current smartphone (Android or iOS)
  • Ability to pass a state and federal criminal background check and a clear DMV driver’s record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • Background checks
  • 2-step TB test in the last year
  • Physical in the last year
Job Types: Part-time (may work some Full-time hours depending on the client load)

  • Boulder City
  • Sun City communities
Hours per week:
  • Part-time but many times caregivers have received more than 40 hours a week if they have open availability and a desire to work
Pay Frequency:
  • Biweekly, direct deposit

Compensation: $11.25 - $16.00 per hour
