ComForCare Home Care of Oklahoma City is rapidly growing and is looking for individuals who have the desire to earn a good living, work a flexible schedule and help hundreds of potential clients each year get the care that they need and deserve by educating, advising and helping them get connected with resources to help them live there best life possible. The  ComForCare Community Liaison Business Development Professional is a passionate Home Care advocate that has existing referral relationships and can create a strong, new personal connections quickly and will report directly to the Administrator.

POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for managing marketing program.   Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and referral sources.
Responds to requests and concerns. Meets with potential families that are needing services to answer any questions they have and help them with any resources that they may need.
 
REPORTS TO: Administrator
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field a plus
  • Previous experience in healthcare management or marketing, preferably in home care
  • Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home care services.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation.
  • Proven track record to increase billable hours and build trusted relationships within the industry
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY
  1. Manages marketing operations and establishes and implements marketing initiatives.
  2. Establishes systems for consistent market assessment and develops a marketing plan designed to meet agency goals.
  3. Establishes and maintains mutually beneficial working relationships with current and potential referral sources and payers.
  4. Participates with management team in strategic planning activities, identifying opportunities to improve services and better meet customer needs.
  5. Maintains comprehensive knowledge of the Agency’s markets, key referral sources, and position in the market related to competitors.
  6. Develops and maintains information on available community resources, and assists customers and staff in accessing services or information.
  7. Participates in the annual Agency evaluation in areas of marketing, program development, growth and expectations.
  8. Prepares reports of marketing activities and effectiveness.
  9. Works collaboratively with clinical staff to assure consistent message to the customers and the community.
  10. Other activities as directed.
