What you’ll be doing:
  • Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
  • Provide assistance with personal care.
  • Assist with mobility, transfers and passive range of motion exercises.
  • Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
  • Properly manage household needs.
  • Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
What we’re looking for:
  • A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or senior communities is a bonus.
  • You need reliable transportation, a drivers license, proof of insurance and a clean 3-year driving record
Compensation:
  • Base hourly rate based on previous experience
  • Availability to earn a Quality Bonus and more on a biweekly based on performance
  • Overnight and evening shift differential bonus
  • Multi-Client drive time allowance
  • Distance Premium
  • Gas Appreciation Bonus eligibility
  • Client and Caregiver Referral Bonus

Compensation: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
