As a Caregiver Float, you will get full time hours each week, will have every other weekend off and get paid $25 each weekend whether your work or not. You must have open availability and willing to be on call every other weekend.

We’re on the lookout for caring and compassionate team members to:
- Help others and make a difference in your community.
- Build meaningful relationships with your clients.
- Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
- Provide assistance with personal care.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
- Handle meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
- Properly manage household needs.
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
What we’re looking for:
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- A state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred. We also assist Employees to get there CNA with a 6-month employment commitment.
- Reliable transportation.
- A valid driver's license.
- Previous experience as a Caregiver in homes or senior communities is a bonus.
- Must have availability from 7 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday.
- Will have on-call every other weekend.
- Ability to travel within 50 miles radius of Oklahoma City. |
