What you’ll be doing:

· Providing skilled nursing visits for clients by creating a care plan for client

· Following the client’s plan of care.

· Monitoring, recognizing, and reporting changes in the client’s condition.

· Medication reminders for client to self administer

· Must be willing to work minimum 3-hour shifts

What we’re looking for:

· Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.

· Registered in BC as a Licensed Practical Nurse

· Must be willing to work in a facility environment

· CPR certified.

· Access to a vehicle

· Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of the job.

· Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
