The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel , office equipment, and scheduling software to include outlook calendar. Responsibilities
- Data entry & Documentation
- Scheduling of caregivers and RNs - makes all arrangements, including providing directions to care recipient's homes/facilities
- Fills all openings/unfilled shifts and provides backup coverage
- Home care administrative paperwork completion
- Monitors caregivers and RNs in the field
- Customer service
- Maintains timesheets, employee files, and various reports
- Assumes full responsibility of the company on-call pager on a rotated schedule
- Follow-up on home care referrals
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Scheduler

Industry-Specific Knowledge: Working in a Home Health Care Agency, basic knowledge is a requirement

Clear and effective communication: Essential for coordinating with various departments, personnel, and clients
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Exhibits the utmost flexibility with other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, though candidates with an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration are preferred
