POSITION SUMMARY
A female client who lives in Palm Beach Gardens. She needs a Vagifem vaginal insertion twice a week.

PAY RATE: $35 a visit
SCHEDULE: Mondays 10:30am & Thursdays 10am.

REPORTS TO: Clinical Supervisor/Director of Clinical Services
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current license as a LPN in the state of Florida.
- Minimum of two years of home care experience preferred.
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements and in good repair. Good driving record.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation: $35.00 per day
