What we're looking for:
- Compassionate nurses who have a desire to help others live their best life as you build meaningful relationships.
- Graduate of an accredited school.
- Current CPR.
- Reliable transportation.
- Maintains confidentiality and HIPPA regulations.
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
What you'll be doing:
- Reporting changes in patient status to care team/RN for care plan updates, goals and outcomes.
- Maintain client records showing assessments, interventions, evaluations.
- Initiating referrals as needed to care team.
- Basic patient care per care plan scope of practice.
Compensation: $13.80 - $16.00 per hour
