What we're looking for:
- Graduate of an accredited school.
- Current LPN license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- Maintains confidentiality and HIPPA regulations.
- Knowledge of safety and infection control practices.
What you will be doing:
- Reporting changes for care plan updates, goals, outcomes.
- Maintain client records showing assessments, interventions, evaluations.
- Initiating referrals as needed to RN and careteam.
- Basic patient care within scope of practice.
Compensación: $13.80 - $16.00 per hour
