Job Description
You will be assisting our clients with the Activities of Daily Living in their home. These include but are not limited to the following: providing assistance with *personal care such as bathing, grooming and dressing *light housekeeping *meal preparation *ambulation *med reminders *laundry *transportation *incontinence care *companionship *dementia care, *checking vital signs (if trained and competent). We are not a "medical" agency, so no shots given or dispensing of medications, so you do NOT have to be a CNA, although CNAs are encouraged to also apply.

Rate of Pay: starts at $15.00 per hour pay raises based on longevity with our company and performance
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Be responsible and mature and have the personal qualities which enable you to understand the problems of elderly and persons with disabilities.
- Be able to understand the provisions of Personal Care Services as aligned in regulation.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrate the ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language.
- Have the ability to obtain within 6 months of working with the Agency, First Aid and Cardiopulmonary resuscitation certificate.
- Be able to complete any required training and competency evaluation requirements to serve as an Attendant under the regulations of the Agency’s licensing.
- Have reliable transportation
- Can pass a background check and drug test
- Provide Proof of being able to legally work in the U.S. via I-9 process
