POSITION SUMMARY
Performs client care and all related activities that facilitate Agency operations.
These may include filling last minute called off or open shifts, coordination of scheduling with client wants/needs, processing quality assurance information, and communication with recruitment.
Requirements:
- At least one year experience working as a caregiver
- client coordination and/or scheduling experience is preferred but not required, we will provide full training.
- Driving license with automobile insurance is required
- Available to work 30 to 40 hours/week
Routine Duties:
- Ready to help clients with personal care: Bathing, Dressing, Transporation, Meal Prep
- Managing and Maintaining a consistent schedule for clients.
- Requires daily communication with administrator and caregivers. Balancing act of accommodating client/family needs and the requests of caregivers and their needs.
- Handling potential new clients call and provide them Infromation on agency's services.
- Perform Quality Assurance calls to Caregivers and Clients. 1 day, 1 week, 3 weeks, Monthly, to ensure highest quality of care services being provided.
- Assist with caregiver yearly evaluations, annual training, and caregiver discipline
- Assist with unemployment and Workers’ Compensation claims
Additional Responsibilities (may include):
- Assist with Employee Recruitment. ComForcare strives to match only the highest quality employees with each client. Therefore, helping to screen, interview, process, and orient employees. This position will assist coordinating ongoing needs for hiring employees with designated staff on a weekly basis, and develop unique and creative approaches to recruit new staff.
- Employee retention. Responsible for tracking trends in employee retention, performing exit interviews, and identifying techniques to improve/maintain retention rates.
- Assist with maintaining quality assurance / quality management procedures through updates of documentation within employee and client files (and within the company software package). Goal of achieving 100% accuracy in maintenance of records.
