New hire bonus!
$500 new hire reliability bonus for 500 hours worked! This equals $100 for every 100 hours (until you reach 500) with proven great reliability (no tardies or call-offs without documentation within the 100-hour increments).
This posting is for a male client that is located in Ann Arbor (48103).
The set hours for this client are Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 11am-8pm (27 hours a week), and you would need to agree to this schedule. It will begin with 2-3 training dates. Expect to hire by 5/6/24 and to have 2-3 training dates before 5/20/24 when the set hours begin.
The care includes transferring, light housekeeping, personal care, engagement, and meal prep/serve.
The starting pay ranges from $16-$17.50 depending on factors like skillset and experience.
Medical students, college students, CNA’s, and experienced caregivers preferred.

Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide conversation and mental engagement.
- Provide assistance with daily household/personal care management through daily activities to help clients stay independent, and in their own homes.
- Observe and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior, or appearance.
- Provide companionship for the client. This includes accompanying clients on walks, trips to social/recreational activities, assistance with hobbies, etc.
- Provide assistance with personal care.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
- Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding.
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Previous experience as an at home caregiver, or in senior communities/facilities.
- A valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle are a firm requirement.
