About the Job:
We are urgently seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to join our team in Bridgman, MI. You will provide essential in-home care and support to elderly or disabled individuals, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Help with meal preparation and feeding.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks (laundry, cleaning).
- Monitor health conditions and report any concerns.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role preferred but not required.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to client needs.
- Ability to work independently and reliably.
- Must pass a background check.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a plus.
