Job Overview:
We are urgently hiring compassionate Home Health Aides to support our clients in Benton Harbor, MI. As an HHA, you will be responsible for providing essential in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities, helping them maintain a high quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and grocery shopping assistance.
- Monitor and document health changes, reporting any concerns.
- Support clients with mobility and exercise routines.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
- Administer medication reminders as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role is preferred but not required.
- Must be compassionate, reliable, and have strong communication skills.
- Able to pass a background check.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are a plus.
