Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care tasks (bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene)
Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers
Prepare nutritious meals and provide medication reminders
Perform light housekeeping and help with errands

Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
