We are currently looking for an outgoing go getter for a commission-based sales position. No experience is necessary, as we will train you for success! This would be a great opportunity for a current caregiver, CNA, direct care worker, or student to gain marketing and sales experience.
Pay rate:
- This is a commission-based position.
Working hours:
- Choose your own hours.
- Full flexibility.
Essential responsibilities:
- Speaking with potential clients to introduce them to us, and the great services that we provide.
- Using tools to reach out to potential clients. This could include working our existing pipeline, attending events, calls to facilities/locations, and sales calls/visits to other agencies that assist, or house, those within our communities that could use our services.
- Follow, grow, and update company sales lead system.
- Set up intakes.
- Weekly reports to the management team.
Requirements:
- No experience necessary.
- Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in home care is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
- Highest ethical standards in showing good stewardship of client and company IP / information.
- Must live within 30 minutes of Ypsilanti, Michigan. Application will not be considered if you do not.
