Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Care Lead to join our team in Kalamazoo, MI. If you have a passion for leading and ensuring the highest quality of care for clients, this is the perfect opportunity for you. As a Care Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing caregiving staff, conducting supervisory visits, and ensuring that all care plans are executed to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Caregivers: Conduct regular supervisory visits to monitor the performance of caregivers and ensure that clients are receiving excellent care.
- Travel Requirements: Travel within a 1.5-hour radius of Kalamazoo to visit clients and provide on-site leadership and support.
- Care Plan Oversight: Ensure that all care plans are followed correctly, updating them as necessary to meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Training & Support: Provide ongoing training, guidance, and support to caregiving staff to promote professional development and client satisfaction.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families to ensure satisfaction with services.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare leadership is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel within a 1.5-hour radius of Kalamazoo, MI.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Compensación: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
