As a caregiver, your role is vital in helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Duties include personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and providing companionship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance
- Prepare and serve meals while adhering to dietary needs
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Observe and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous caregiving experience is required for the role
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass background checks
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate nature
