We’re hiring a Care Lead in Niles, MI! Take on a leadership role by supervising caregivers and ensuring top-quality care for clients. A valid driver’s license is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

Make supervisory visits to monitor care quality.
Provide leadership and training to caregivers.
Assist with client care, including personal needs and mobility support.
Document care plans and progress.

Requirements:

Driver’s license required.
Supervisory or caregiving experience preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
