We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Lead in Portage, MI, to oversee and elevate the quality of in-home care services. This leadership role is ideal for those passionate about caregiving and mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct supervisory visits to ensure high standards of care.
- Guide and support caregiving staff in their duties.
- Manage client care plans and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Act as a liaison between clients, families, and staff.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license required.
