We are hiring a Care Lead in St. Joseph, MI. Oversee and support our caregiving team, ensuring clients receive top-quality care and compassion.

Responsibilities:

Conduct supervisory visits and review care plans.
Train and support caregiving staff.
Monitor compliance with care standards.
Maintain thorough client documentation and reports.

Qualifications:

Experience in caregiving or similar leadership roles.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
