Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated in-home care provider to assist clients in their daily routines, ensuring comfort and safety in their homes. If you have a passion for helping others and making a difference in people’s lives, we invite you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Support mobility needs by providing assistance with walking, transfers, and safe use of mobility aids.
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary restrictions and personal preferences.
- Provide companionship by engaging clients in meaningful conversation and recreational activities.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Offer medication reminders and report any health concerns or changes in client conditions to the appropriate medical professionals.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or social outings as needed.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in caregiving, home care, or healthcare is preferred but not required—training available.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
- Patience, empathy, and a compassionate personality.
