Care Lead – $17/hr | Kalamazoo, MI | Leadership & Travel Role
We are seeking an experienced Care Lead in Kalamazoo, MI to oversee caregiving operations, conduct client intakes, perform supervisory visits, and assist with hiring and shift coverage. This role requires someone reliable, professional, and willing to travel as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise caregivers and ensure high-quality client care
- Conduct client intakes, develop care plans, and perform assessments
- Handle hiring tasks, including interviews and onboarding new caregivers
- Perform regular supervisory visits and caregiver evaluations
- Step in to cover shifts when necessary to ensure continuity of care
Who Should Apply?
