Care Lead – $17/hr | Benton Harbor, MI | Leadership & Field Support
We are hiring a Care Lead to oversee caregiving operations in Benton Harbor, MI. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers ready to take on leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and cover open shifts as needed
- Conduct caregiver interviews and assist with hiring
- Perform client intakes and assess care needs
- Conduct supervisory visits to ensure quality care standards
- Support and mentor caregivers in the field
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience required
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Must be willing to travel within the service area
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
- Ability to pass a background check
