Pay Rate: $17/hr

We are looking for a Care Lead to oversee and provide exceptional support to our clients while guiding a team of caregivers.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and assist direct care staff
Ensure high-quality personal care and companionship services
Monitor client needs and adjust care plans accordingly
Maintain clear communication with families and healthcare teams
Train and mentor caregivers on best practices
