Schedule: Flexible Availability Required

We are seeking a dedicated Care Lead to supervise and support our care team while ensuring top-quality service for our clients.

Key Duties:

Oversee daily care routines and staff performance
Provide hands-on assistance with personal care and daily activities
Maintain accurate care documentation and reports
Communicate with families and medical professionals
Train and support new and existing caregivers
