We are looking for a dedicated Care Lead to oversee care services, support a team of caregivers, and ensure the highest quality of assistance for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and mentor direct care staff
- Provide hands-on support with personal care and daily activities
- Monitor client needs and adjust care plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with families and healthcare providers
- Train and guide caregivers to maintain high standards of care
