Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
- Offering companionship and emotional support.
- Providing transportation to appointments and errands.
- Assisting with medication reminders.
- Following care plans and documenting activities.
- Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment.
- Communicating effectively with clients and their families.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for caring for others.
- Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (may be required).
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but we also welcome those with a strong desire to learn.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
