Job: Short shift Caregiver for On call Position

Shift Details: Short shifts typically range from 2 to 4 hours, with availability required between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, depending on client needs
We are looking for dependable and flexible caregivers who are available to work short shifts on a regular basis and can also serve as on-call backup staff when needed. Applicants must have their own personal vehicle to ensure they can reliably travel between multiple client locations in the same area as required by their scheduled shifts.

Duties:
- Personal Care: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Medication Management: Help with medication reminders and administering prescribed medications.
- Mobility Assistance: Aid with walking, transferring between bed and chair, and using mobility aids.
- Meal Preparation: Plan, cook, and serve nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences.
- Housekeeping: Perform light cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, and laundry.
- Companionship: Provide emotional support, engage in conversation, and participate in recreational activities.
- Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in health conditions, including vital signs if required.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of care activities, including medication administration and changes in health status.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 year caregiving (required)

Transportation: Must be a caregiver with a personal vehicle (not relying on someone else's car) and capable of driving to multiple client locations.
- Must be willing to work in Montgomery County South East (Please only apply if you are willing and flexible to work in that location)
- Health Tests: 2-step PPD (last 12 months) or chest X-ray (last 2 years) or QuantiFERON Gold Test
