About the Role:
Join our compassionate team at ComForCare Home Care. We are looking for a Female Caregiver, dedicated to providing exceptional care for clients in Arlington. This part-time position offers a fulfilling opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of those you serve, working from 10am to 4pm. The client has dementia so experience is required.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Document and report changes in clients' health or behavior to the care team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.
- Communicate effectively with family.
- Be comfortable with caring family providing cameras in the home.
Requirements:
- Must be a female caregiver with a passion for helping others.
- Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Reliable transportation to travel within Arlington is required.
- Must pass background checks and meet health requirements.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude are crucial for success in this role.
