Job Description:
ComForCare Home Care is a franchise of premier in-home care providers. We take time to understand the needs of our clients and work diligently to keep them safe at home. With ComForCare, clients can live independently and continue to do the things they love. As a Billing & Payroll Specialist at ComForCare, you will provide data entry functions and assist with the Agency invoicing process, ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll information, and prepare claims for submission as directed by the Administrator/designee.

What we are looking for:
- High school graduate
- Minimum of one (3) year general office experience with some data entry
- Computer literate for functions of data entry and basic word processing.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and/or general medical background desirable.
- Accurate and detail-oriented approach to projects
- Add any additional state regulated minimum requirements.
What you will be doing:
- Assist in client invoicing and third-party claim submission
- Post cash receipts
- Complete the accounts receivable billing and charge entry duties in a timely manner
- Process payroll for field staff timely and accurately
- Documents employee personnel changes
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and employee information
- Medicaid / Medicare
Salary Range:

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
