What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, recruiting, billing/payroll, and administrative workflows
- Supervise and support a team of office and field staff
- Ensure client satisfaction and continuity of care
- Implement systems to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance
- Contribute to strategic growth initiatives and performance goals
What We're Looking For:
- Active LPN or RN license
- Experience in healthcare operations or team leadership preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfort with accountability, quotas, and operational targets
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow with the company

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
