ComForCare Home Care is a leading provider of personalized in-home care services, helping clients live independently and safely in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team on a part-time or PRN basis.
Position Summary
The RN will provide skilled nursing services in a home setting, supporting clients with clinical needs while also conducting assessments and developing individualized care plans. This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful one-on-one patient care.

What we are looking for:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state(s) of practice
- CPR certification
- Demonstrated knowledge of safety and infection control practices
What you will be doing:
- Perform skilled nursing procedures in the home, including:
- IV infusions
- Wound care
- Medication setup and management
- Chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, CHF, COPD)
- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans
- Monitor client progress and communicate changes to appropriate parties
- Educate clients and family members on care needs and disease management
- Ensure compliance with all state regulations and company policies
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Salary Range:
- $45-50 per hour depending on experience
Compensation: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
