We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR/Admin Staff to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a strong sense of organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
- Coordinate caregiver schedules, shift coverage, and timekeeping.
- Support compliance with state and company policies, including maintaining up-to-date employee files.
- Assist with payroll processing and HR reporting.
- Provide administrative support such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing office documentation.
- Maintain a positive and professional environment for both caregivers and clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in HR, administration, or office support (healthcare/home care industry experience a plus).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Must be reliable, flexible, and able to multitask.
