Administrative Coordinator
📍 Towson, MD| 💼 Full-Time, In-Office | 💵 $16–$19/hour
ComForCare Home Care is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support daily office operations and caregiver scheduling. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and shift changes
- Support hiring and onboarding tasks
- Maintain HR, client, and compliance records
- Handle billing support and supply management
- Manage social media updates and engagement
- Assist leadership with scheduling and communication
- Serve as a point of contact for staff, clients, and vendors
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of admin experience (healthcare a plus)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; 50+ WPM preferred
- High school diploma required; degree preferred
