About the Role
ComForCare Home Care is seeking compassionate overnight caregivers to support clients in Alameda County. While overnight shifts are the primary purpose of this role, we have daytime shifts available for this role as well. Our mission is to help individuals live safely and comfortably at home, and our caregivers are the heart of that mission. What You’ll Do Overnight
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and repositioning during the night
- Monitor client well-being and ensure a secure environment
- Offer companionship and reassurance during overnight hours
- Assist with light household tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For
- A genuine passion for helping others
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation
- California Home Care Aide registration (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude
- Ability to work overnight shifts in Oakland, San Leandro, Castro Valley, Hayward, and/or Union City. Berkeley and the Tri-Valley area are a plus.
Compensation
$20–$22 per hour
