We provide consistent and reliable scheduling, clear and supportive communication from our office team, and long-term case placements that promote stability and work-life balance. Our goal is to match caregivers with clients thoughtfully—ensuring comfort, trust, and continuity of care for everyone involved.
What you will do:

- Assisting with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Meal prep and light housekeeping
- Companionship & safety monitoring
- Transferring / mobility assistance (as needed)
- Following the care plan provided
Quick Summary Pay Info:
- $15.00 per hour for all hours worked (+bonuses)
- $5.00 daily driver incentive (ONLY for caregivers who drive their own vehicle — added once per working day)

(ONLY for caregivers who drive their own vehicle)
Paid for miles driven while completing client errands or attending appointments. - Commute to and from the client’s home is not included.
Qualifications:
- HHA, PCA, Caregiver, or CNA experience (formal or informal accepted)
- Driver’s license & reliable transportation preferred
- Must be able to pass background screening
- Must be dependable and professional
