A patient’s family is seeking a caregiver for a female patient who has expressed a preference for a same-sex caregiver for personal care services. Patient is mid-20's with autism, seizures, scoliosis. Care type preference. DSW, or a PSW with experience working with youth with disabilities. Must be strong and capable without back or other injuries.
The patient has a g-tube. Requires support with changing of briefs, ADLs. Must be gentle, calm, and patient.

Schedule:
Friday, 10 pm to 8 am
Friday, 10 pm to 8 am
- Total: 10 hours per week
What we are looking for:
- A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Certified PSW or DSW
What you will be doing:
- Assist with daily activities to help clients stay independent and in their own homes.
- Provide assistance with personal care.
- Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
- Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
Salary Range:
- $20 per hour
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
