As a Marketer at ComForCare, you will oversee marketing initiatives, negotiate contracts with payers for optimal reimbursement, participate in strategic planning, and ensure consistent communication with clinical staff to maintain a unified message for customers and the community.

What we are looking for:

Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in the field and visiting referral partners daily
- Organized and able to track follow-up tasks consistently

Preferred
- 1+ year experience in healthcare marketing, outreach, or sales
- Experience in home care, home health, SNF, hospital, or senior services preferred
- Knowledge of:
- Medicaid Waiver / HCBS programs
- Senior care and community resources
- Familiarity with Northwest Indiana healthcare networks is a plus
What you will be doing:

Community Outreach & Referral Development
- Build relationships with referral sources across Porter, Lake, and LaPorte Counties
- Conduct weekly outreach visits to:
- Hospitals & discharge planners
- Skilled nursing & rehab facilities
- Assisted living communities
- Physician offices
- Case management agencies (waiver/care management)
- Represent ComForCare professionally at events, networking meetings, and community programs

Sales & Growth Activities
- Increase referral volume for:
- Medicaid Waiver clients
- Private Pay clients
- Long-Term Care Insurance clients
- Veterans/community-based clients
- Track leads, referrals, follow-ups, and outcomes
- Follow up consistently with referral sources to become a preferred provider

Brand Awareness & Marketing Support
- Assist with distributing brochures, marketing materials, and agency updates
- Help coordinate community events, lunch-and-learns, and outreach campaigns
- Maintain a positive and consistent brand image for ComForCare in the community

Documentation & Reporting
- Submit weekly outreach plans and visit schedules
- Document marketing visits and referral activity in a tracker/CRM
- Provide updates on key partnership opportunities and competitor activity
