We are actively hiring for new client cases across both Philadelphia and Montgomery County. Successful candidates must be willing to travel to client homes within these two service areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute personalized care plans consistently, ensuring client safety and well-being.
  • Provide all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
  • Coordinate with the nursing and management team to report any changes in client condition.
  • Maintain accurate, digital documentation of all services provided per shift.
  • Serve as a primary caregiver for assigned clients, fostering a trusted, long-term relationship.
Requirements

  • A genuine passion for caring for others and improving their quality of life.
  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. (required).
  • A CNA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Reliable transportation to visit clients when needed
Compensation: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
