We’re hiring an experienced Administrative Coordinator who can step in, take ownership, and keep our office organized, efficient, and on track every day.
This is not entry-level.
We need someone dependable, proactive, and confident — someone who sees what needs to be done and gets it done.
If you’re highly organized, quick to solve problems, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be a key part of our team.
What You’ll Do
- Manage caregiver schedules and handle daily changes
- Support hiring, onboarding, and HR paperwork
- Maintain accurate client and compliance records
- Assist with billing and office operations
- Serve as the main point of contact for calls and questions
- Support leadership and keep everything running smoothly
What You Bring
- 2+ years administrative or office experience
- Strong organization and time management
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Professional, reliable, and solution-focused
- Healthcare or home care experience preferred
