Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and daily activities to promote independence.
- Monitor and report health changes as directed.
- Prepare meals and support dietary needs.
- Engage clients in meaningful conversation and activities.
- Maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Build positive relationships with clients and families.
- Transport clients to appointments as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in Caregiving or home health is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
- Willing and able to work in Lake Country communities.
