About the Role:
Join ComForCare Home Care as a Caregiver / HHA in La Mesa, CA, where you will make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, ensuring our clients feel safe and supported in their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with mobility and daily living activities.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document and report any changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.
- Follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or equivalent.
- Previous caregiving experience preferred, especially in home care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and move clients safely and effectively.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Background check and drug screening required.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
