About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the care team.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure compliance with care plans.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; HHA certification preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or a healthcare setting is a plus.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to follow care plans and adhere to safety protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Must pass background checks and drug screening.
