About This Role

ComForCare Home Care is seeking caring and dependable Personal Care Aides to join our team serving clients in the Greensboro, NC area. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals who need support to remain safe and comfortable at home.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion
  • Follow individualized care plans and communicate changes to the care coordinator

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, active car insurance and registration  REQUIRED
  • One year of prior caregiving is required
