We are actively seeking dedicated CNAs and HHAs to deliver exceptional, individualized care
within the Simsbury, Granby, Canton, Avon, and adjacent communities.
Caregiver Responsibilities:
● Provide assistance to clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and
ambulation (transfers and range of motion exercises).
● Execute meal planning, preparation, and feeding.
● Conduct light housekeeping tasks.
● Furnish companionship and offer respite services for family members.
● Supply transportation for medical appointments, errands, and other necessary activities
(as required).
Qualifications Sought:
● A documented minimum of two years of professional experience caring for seniors.
● Current State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) (preferred).
● TB test result is required
● Successful completion of a drug screening and comprehensive background check.
● Proficiency in operating a Hoyer lift (advantageous).
● Experience in Dementia, Hospice, or end-of-life care (advantageous).
● Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to an insured and reliable vehicle
(preferred).
