We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Scheduler to support our Lead Scheduler and help keep our care operations running smoothly. If you enjoy being the calm, organized center of a busy environment — and you love helping people — this role may be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
As the Assistant Scheduler, you’ll play a key supporting role in our daily operations. You will work closely with the Lead Scheduler to ensure clients receive the care they need and caregivers feel supported and informed.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Lead Scheduler with daily caregiver and client schedule coordination
- Answering incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and a solutions‑focused mindset
- Helping manage schedule changes, shift updates, and urgent staffing needs
- Maintaining accurate documentation and client/caregiver records
- Communicating clearly with caregivers, clients, and office staff
- Supporting general administrative tasks that keep the office running smoothly
This role is designed to support the Lead Scheduler — making it ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys being a reliable, steady presence behind the scenes.
What You Bring
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfort with scheduling software, Microsoft Office 365, or Google Workspace
- Ability to problem-solve and stay calm when handling last minute changes
- Experience in scheduling, home care, or healthcare
- A commitment to confidentiality and understanding of HIPAA guidelines
- A team‑first mindset and a desire to make a positive impact
