About the Role

We are seeking a thoughtful and dependable Recruiter to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring we have compassionate, reliable caregivers available to support our clients. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and takes pride in building strong relationships with candidates while maintaining a steady and consistent hiring process.

What You’ll Do

  •  Post and manage job listings
  •  Source and engage caregiver candidates (CNAs, HHAs, PCAs, companions) 
  •  Review applications and conduct phone and virtual interviews 
  •  Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates 
  •  Respond quickly to applicants to improve hiring speed and conversion 
  •  Coordinate background checks, references, and onboarding 
  •  Work closely with scheduling/operations to meet staffing needs 
  •  Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics 
 Experience That’s Helpful (Not Required) 

  •  Previous recruiting experience (healthcare or home care preferred) 
  •  Experience using CareerPlug, Indeed, or similar job platforms 
  •  Strong communication and organizational skills 
  •  Ability to manage multiple openings at once 
  •  Self-motivated
