About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with daily living activities and mobility support.
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as directed.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document client care and progress accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations to ensure client well-being.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in caregiving preferred.
- Previous experience in home health care or caregiving is a plus.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred, or willingness to obtain.
