About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health or behavior to healthcare professionals.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Administer medications as prescribed and assist with mobility and transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure client well-being.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in healthcare preferred.
- Valid state certification as a Home Health Aide or Personal Care Assistant.
- Previous experience in home health care or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to undergo background checks and health screenings.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
